Cancellation & Reschedule Policy - I require a 24 hours notice if you decide to cancel/reschedule your appointment. - In the event of a last minute cancellation you are required to pay 50% of the service cost. - Last Minute Cancellation = cancelling outside of the 24 hour window before your appointment. - No shows are subject to charging your card on file in full. - Thank you for being respectful of my time and business. - Children are not permitted in the studio during your appointment in session. - Note that there is only a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes I may not have enough time to fit you in due to scheduling with other guest. -I understand that there is a strict no refund policy following every procedure.
